Niranjan Iyer, a hacker, signed a deal with a stranger for 100 million (US$1.3 million) worth of confidential information. As soon as the contract is confirmed, someone gives chase, but Niranjan manages to escape. NIA ACP Pulela Chandrashekhar and his wife Swathi consulted divorce lawyers. Swathi alleges that Shekhar is neglecting her and their son and concentrating only on his work. While returning to his office, Shekhar was involved in a car accident. He finds a high-range gun in the other car, which is rare in India, and the owner of the other car shoots Shekhar and flees.
Shekhar decided to arrest the owner of the car and instructed his assistant to check the CCTV footage of the traffic signal to find him. He discovers that the owner is the experienced killer named Yaqub Ali. Shekhar and his team interrogate him, but know nothing, where they decide to bring him to court, but Ali dies on the way, where he receives a message on his phone, displaying three codes. Solving the code, Shekhar and his team find out that the codes describe a bomb placed at Charminar and set to explode at 8:00 am, in just a few hours, and also find out on investigation, that the opposition leader in the state, Pratap Reddy , are rallying against the present government, and they conclude that the bomb is meant to kill Reddy.
Shekhar finds the bomb in an underhole and immediately informs the bomb squad, but they inform him that it is a remote controlled bomb and the remote must be used to detonate the bomb, nearby. Shekhar searches for the remote, but to no avail. After Shekhar captured a suspect, the latter revealed that the remote was in a white-van, being driven by terrorists. He shot and killed the van along with other police officers. Shekhar finds Niranjan in the crowd, and chases after him, where he successfully arrests him. Niranjan, who was in custody, managed to sell the drive containing classified information for Rs 25 crore (US$3.1 million) to Reddy's secretary. After the arrest, Shekhar's senior officer was informed by the government that Shekhar had been given the responsibility of transferring Niranjan to Nagpur.
When Shekhar and Niranjan left for Nagpur, they were attacked by a group, who forced their van into the river and opened fire on them. Shekhar saves Niranjan and heads towards the forest, where Niranjan reveals that the success of the Pokhran fire test in 1998 forced India to keep its uranium reserves safe from other countries, for future use. India’s nuclear chief hired four hackers, including Niranjan, Vishal and two others, to replace existing photos of their uranium stockpiles with old ones, to prevent satellites from other countries from seeing their wealth. successfully hacked and then left the scene. But Vishal bugs the DAE’s Indian database and finds that a uranium mine in Andhra Pradesh has the highest amount of uranium in the country.
The DAE chief dealt with the district legislator as well as several other ministers and hackers were used to hack satellites to cover up evidence of uranium smuggling. Vishal quietly blackmailed the DAE chief in exchange for ₹10 crore (US$1.3 million), but was killed. Niranjan took the drive and sold it to Reddy’s secretary as he would expose the scam, but Reddy struck a deal with the MLA. Following this revelation, Shekhar kills the mercenaries sent to kill them and manages to locate the main suspect, George.
Shekhar and Niranjan go out to meet George to search for data on a remote DAE server, but are caught. Remote servers are strapped to the ship along with Swathi, rigged with explosives to kill them. Shekhar and Niranjan manage to escape and remove the explosives on their ship. They shoot the explosives at George’s ship, using a leaking high-pressure steam pipe, and successfully kill him and the spy. The MLA and several other officials involved in the scam were exposed and arrested.
